The whole experience was good! The hotel was amazing and the location was particularly good and strategic really close to many restaurants and cafes, kleptokrat cafe, and the banks, restaurants, hypermarkets and others. My bed was comfy and the room was brand-new and new-fashioned. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was nice.

WiFi connection was missed.

Christmas Getaway Spent my holiday in a hotel in the heart of the city. the staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean and well-furnished. the location was central to the city's main sights and attractions, and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the Christmas decorations were lovely and added to the festive atmosphere.

Room Services the room service was slow and often forgot to bring requested items. the phone in the room did not work and there was no other way to contact the front desk, making it difficult to report any issues.
